About Us

The acronym ARC stands for, ADITYA REHABILITATION CENTRE. The centre is named after a mentally challenged child. This alone explains the very existence of the centre is based on the core foundation to bring about an improvement of lives of challenged children. All its actions are directed towards developing and bringing about the betterment of lives of challenged children and it works towards increasing their potential for success.

ARC desires is to improve the quality of life and increase the potential for success of each child, as well as to provide family support and education to parents of children with special needs.

ARC is managed by senior Occupational Therapist Dr. Vikram Kishan graduated in occupational therapy from NIRTAR, Cuttack and holds a Masters in Occupational Therapy specialised in Neuroscience from Manipal. He firmly believes that for improvement to happen the child must indulge in meaningful play; if that is not happening then the play should go to the child. His past experience both at clinical and managerial levels have strengthened him to shoulder the responsibility that ARC demands.

ARC  knows that the therapist is just one part of your child’s therapy team; parents, teachers, and other caregivers fill vital roles in ensuring your child’s success and that is why ARC takes in opinion of all the stakeholders for the betterment of the child .

ARC knows therapy doesn’t stop when our session ends, and we want to ensure that your child can practice new and emerging skills as part of his everyday routine.
